On the 28th:
- Check your MCA broker portal for your ending balance
- Go to mcadash.com
- Click the "Update" button (or wait for the email reminder)
- Enter your ending balance
- Optional: enter the withdrawn amount
- Optional: upload a new CSV
- Click Save
That's it. Takes 1 minute.
The automated way (0 minutes/month)
Add Claude Automation ($19.99/month per wallet):
- Go to Settings → Claude Automation
- Click "Add wallet"
- Select which wallet(s) to automate
- Connect your email (Gmail)
- Done
Here's what happens automatically:
- On the 28th of each month, Claude checks your email
- Reads emails from your MCA broker
- Extracts your ending balance
- Updates your dashboard
- Sends you a confirmation: "✅ Your wallet updated"
- You wake up with an updated dashboard

Why monthly updates matter
Each month, your dashboard needs to know:
- What's your current wallet balance?
- What came in and went out?
- What's your portfolio trend?
Without monthly updates your dashboard goes stale and partners see outdated numbers. With monthly updates, partners always see current status.
What happens if I miss a month?
- You'll get a reminder email
- You can update anytime (catch-up)
- Old months don't disappear
- The dashboard recalculates when you update
