Realized Profit comes from deals that are 100% paid off. In-Progress Profit comes from deals still collecting—money that may be on its way but remains at risk if a deal defaults.
Of the money advanced to deals that later defaulted, how much has come back so far — including payments made before the default.
Most of your deals may still be collecting, which is normal. Capital often takes four to six months to return. That return is expected, but it is not cash yet; the Collections Pipeline helps show the risk.
