Enter the advance, factor rate and payment schedule to see total repayment, cost and payback time.
Typical MCA factor rates run from 1.15 to 1.50.
Estimates only. Daily schedules assume 5 payments per calendar week. Effective annualized cost is a simple, non-compounding figure for comparison, not an APR quote.
A factor rate is a one-time multiplier on the advance, not an interest rate. A $50,000 advance at 1.35 means $67,500 is owed, whatever the repayment takes.
RTR is the total owed: advance × factor rate. Investors track the share of RTR collected so far as percentage paid.
The dollar cost is fixed, but faster repayment returns capital sooner so it can be redeployed. That is why investors watch days to payoff, not just factor rate.
Realized profit is collections minus advanced capital, funder fees and write-offs. Defaults and partial recoveries change the return far more than a 0.05 difference in factor rate.
